Closets in each room. 2.5 bathrooms with walk in showers One safety deposit box. We supply sheets and towels. We will require a REFUNDABLE security deposit of $500.00 upon your arrival to the property, or via bank transfer after you have reserved.. We will collect these funds outside of the vrbo portal so that you won't be taxed. From the security deposit, we will deduct a one time exit cleaning fee of $80.00 and your electrical usage fee.
