In the bedroom there is 1 double bed and 1 single bed with closet for clothes and counter with chair. The very equipped kitchen contains the main utensils and appliances needed. Includes 1 free, covered space. On the penthouse, a beautiful pool with stunning view. The space Guests will have to bring bedding (pillowcases and linens) and bath and face towels. Guest access AFTER BOOKING, THE GUEST WILL HAVE TO SEND THE IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS (ID) AND CAR DESCRIPTION WITH THE LICENSE PLATE FOR CONDOMINIUM CONTROL. Other things to note Guests will receive 01 remote control for access to the garage, 01 TAG to access the back and front glass doors, and 01 social gate key from the entrance to the building. The keys must be returned at checkout. 1- ATTENTION: IT IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED BY THE CONDOMINIUM TO HANG CLOTHES OR TOWELS ON THE BALCONY GUARDRAIL OR IN THE BEDROOM WINDOW. SUBJECT A FINE. When leaving the apartment, we kindly request that you leave all the trash produced in the condominium trash can. Trash dumpster is located near the driveway gates in the corner. The access to discard is inside, opening the white hatch. - NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED PETS are not allowed.
