The units turn off automatically if no presence is detected in the room for over 45 minutes. It has Alexa with voice control, TV in the suite and in the living room, Netflix only on the living room TV, 500 Mbps Wi-Fi internet, 13kg washing machine, refrigerator and all the comfort needed for your stay. The apartment is ideal for up to 7 people, but can accommodate up to 9 guests: 2 people in the suite, 3 people in the second bedroom, 2 people sleeping in the living room and up to 2 people on mattresses on the floor, which may be placed in the hallway or living room. Important information about the second bedroom: For reservations with only 2 guests, the second bedroom remains locked. This is due to accommodation organization and operational costs, such as electricity from air conditioning use, laundry, cleaning and linen preparation. If the reservation is for 2 guests and the guest wishes to use the second bedroom, either by preference or because they need to sleep in separate rooms, the request must be made in advance. In this case, a new rate may be negotiated due to the preparation and use of the second bedroom by the second guest. For reservations with more than 3 guests, the second bedroom will already be open and prepared for use. Small pets are welcome, but they must be informed at the time of booking. An additional pet fee may be charged. The Alexa device can be turned off if the guest prefers. Guest access Guests are allowed to use the entire apartment. However, if the stay is for only two people, one bedroom (the single room) will remain locked. Access to the building is managed by a virtual doorman. Guests are required to pre-register by sending a copy of their ID or Driver's License immediately after the reservation is confirmed. Entry to the apartment is through a digital lock, without the use of physical keys. The lock's password will be provided once the documentation of each guest is received. To access the building, it is mandatory to identify oneself at the virtual doorman each time, using the intercom. Other things to note The building has a security system with facial recognition. On your first visit, it will be necessary to register your facial biometrics. After that, access can be made using facial recognition. The apartment contains personal items. The garage has enough height for cars without a roof rack. The living room has enough space to comfortably accommodate two additional people on mattresses on the floor. The apartment is well equipped with household items, including cutlery, plates, glasses, dish towels, bath towels, and face towels. Regarding food, items such as groceries, seasonings, and drinks need to be purchased at nearby supermarkets or bakeries. The apartment also has a smart presence detection system. If no people are detected in a room for more than 45 minutes, the air conditioning will automatically turn off. The smartcards and access tags for the building and the apartment have location tracking. Please note that there are specific rules to be followed. We recommend reading the entire listing and the manual sent before the stay. In case of cancellation, the amount paid will not be refunded, according to the reservation policy. A possible refund may only occur if the canceled dates are booked again by another guest, which can be confirmed through the calendar. If there is a refund, it will be limited to the amount effectively received by the host, usually around 20% less than the amount paid by the guest to Airbnb, and it will only be made after the payment for the new stay has been received.
