The living room has enough space to comfortably accommodate two more people on floor mattresses. For your convenience, we provide an Alexa device that allows you to control the air conditioning and TV with voice commands. If you prefer, you can turn off the device. The apartment is well-equipped with household items, including cutlery, plates, glasses, dish towels, bath towels, and face towels. Regarding food, items such as groceries, spices, and beverages (juices, beers, etc.) need to be purchased at nearby supermarkets or bakeries. The apartment also has a smart presence detection system. If it does not detect people in a room for more than 45 minutes, the air conditioning will automatically turn off.
