Traditional Tarapoto house, well furnished, with fans and a high roof that makes it cooler. Located 5 minutes from the Plaza by car or motorcycle, walking is 13 blocks. Quiet and safe environment, less noise than in other neighborhoods, and if you wish you can enjoy nature, there are trees in the back garden and rest areas with hammocks and chairs. Up to 5 rooms, enabled according to # and distribution of the group. Suitable for couples, friends or families with older or younger children. The space The house is spacious and comfortable, equipped with dining room furniture and a kitchen with cupboards, laundry, 4-burner gas stove and refrigerator, pleasantly decorated. It has 5 bedrooms with their own bathroom. After coordinating with guests and depending on the size and distribution of the group (from 2 to 13 people), the following rooms can be enabled: The 1st is a Double, with a double bed. The 2nd is a Triple, with a double bed and a single bed for a child (hot water in the shower). The 3rd is a Quadruple, with a two-seat cabin downstairs and a square and a half upstairs, plus a square and a half bed. The 4th is a Double with two single beds. The 5th is a Double with a double bed. In the back outside the house and separated by an iron door with curtains, there is a hall or rest room, a shared space that has rocking chairs, hammocks and chairs to rest near nature, there are green areas with fruit trees such as: soursop, noni, bananas, coconut, etc. In the back garden of the property there are 2 apartments that we also rent on Airbnb as "Casita Grau", whose entrance is independent of Casa Grau, through a side passage of the property. Guest access At the entrance there is a garage space for motorcycles, then a wooden door is the entrance to the house. In the back there is a laundry area, a hall to rest and a large garden with fruit trees that are shared areas, in case there are guests in two ecological duplexes located in the garden. In the hall there are lazy chairs, rocking chairs and hammocks for a pleasant rest. The garden is ideal for chatting under the stars and enjoying nature.
