Traditional house of Tarapoto, well furnished, with fans and high roof that makes it cooler. Located 5 minutes from the Plaza by car or motorcycle, walking is 13 blocks. Quiet and safe environment, less noise than in other neighborhoods, and if you want to enjoy nature, there are trees in the back orchard and rest areas with hammocks and chairs. Up to 5 rooms, enabled according to # and group distribution. Suitable for couples, friends or families with large or small children. The space The house is spacious and comfortable, equipped with furniture in the living room and a kitchen implemented with sinks, laundry room, gas stove with 4 burners and refrigerator, pleasantly decorated. It has five bedrooms with a bathroom. After coordinating with guests and depending on the size and layout of the group (2-13 people), the following rooms can be enabled: The 1st is a Double, with queen size bed. The 2nd is a Triple bed, with double bed and single bed for children (hot water on shower). The 3rd is a quadruple, with two squares cabin downstairs and square and half up, plus a square and a half bed. The 4th is a Double with a double bed. The 5th is a Double with Double Bed. On the back outside the house and separated by an ironing board door with curtains, there is a lobby or resting room, shared space that has rocking chairs, hammocks and chairs to rest close to nature, there are green areas with fruit trees such as: soursop, noni, bananas, coconut, etc. In the back garden of the property there are 2 apartments that we also rent on Airbnb as "Casita Grau", whose entrance is independent of the Casa Grau, by a side passage of the building. Guest access At the entrance there is a garage space for motorcycles, then a wooden gate is the entrance to the house. In the back there is a laundry area, a lounge to rest and a large garden with fruit trees that are shared areas, in case there are guests in two ecological duplexes located in the garden. In the hall there are sloths, rocking chairs and hammocks for a pleasant rest. The garden is apparent to converse in the light of the stars and enjoy nature.
