Our charming apartment is located in front of the best beaches in Bocagrande Cartagena, on the 27th floor of an excellent building with swimming pools, a Jacuzzi and spectacular views. Ideal for 4 people and a maximum of 6. Its location is strategic, as it is surrounded by shopping malls, excellent restaurants, banks, ATMs, 24-hour grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. NOTE: There is a 20,000 registration fee per guest at check-in NOT included in the Airbnb rate. The space In our wonderful accommodation, we will welcome you with a welcome drink and all our good disposition. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The apartment description is: Room #1 king bed or two single beds with a trundle bed, as per guest requirement. (look at the photos with their description) Room #2 queen bed with the option of an extra bed of 90cm x 170cm, in the living room a sofa and a sofa bed, well-equipped kitchen, hot water washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a beautiful balcony with beautiful views of the beach and the city, swimming pool, (gym for a fee) you will feel as if you were at home, and it is very well furnished, its location is excellent, you will find everything you need very close, such as supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacies and restaurants. Guest access Our accommodation has a large social area with a bar where you can enjoy the wonderful views and sunsets facing the sea open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, wet areas. You can use the pools, the lobby, elevator, (The gym is for a fee) the beach is in front of the building, just across the street.
