You have a cozy living room with dining area, TV and couch. The bedroom is furnished with a fixed double bed. In the bathroom is a toilet and a shower. In addition, you have a separate kitchen and you have your own covered balcony at your disposal. WiFi is available free of charge.   Our newly built apartment building is very quiet and central and is open all year round. We rent 1-/ 2-room-app. for 2-4 persons. The 1-/2-bed app. are equipped with a wardrobe wall, 2 folding beds (2 m) as well as couch set and dining area. The 48 sqm 2 room apartment are on the 2nd floor and consist of 1 bedroom, 2 fixed.
