Remote Control Settings: Please refrain from adjusting the remote control settings for air conditioning units and televisions. 3. Onsite Laundry: Laundry facilities are available for guests staying more than 7 days. 4. Furniture Rearrangement: Moving furniture is not permitted, and a $200 USD fee will apply for any rearrangements. 5. Trash Disposal: Kindly ensure all trash is disposed of before departure; a $50 USD fee applies for any trash left behind. 6. Parties: Unauthorized parties will incur a $500 USD fee. 7. Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment will result in a $500 USD fine. 8. Extra Guests: The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests, with a $50 USD charge per night for any additional guests. 9. Air Conditioner Usage: Please turn off air conditioners when leaving the apartment; a $50 USD fee will be charged for units left running. 10. Inventory: An inventory of items will be provided upon arrival; guests are responsible for maintaining it and reporting any discrepancies. 11. Key Policy: Keys are handed over in person at check-in and must be returned at check-out. Unauthorized handling or loss of keys will incur a fee. 12. Condo Rules: All guests must adhere to the condo’s rules. Any damages to communal areas will result in charges.
