Casa Azul is just 15 minutes from the airport and one block from Parque de Las Américas. The space High ceilings, stunning colonial beams, ceiling fans in each room. Ample spaces, lots of light, modern furniture, nice landscaping, 2 unroofed private parking spaces, automatic garage door, 13 meter /42 f. long pool, fully equipped kitchen. Wifi (50 megas) and Pay Tv service available. Upon arrival you find hand sanitizing gel. A basic amount of laundry soap is also available. Guest access -We will meet with you both for check in and check out at Casa Azul, we are glad to say Hi and walk you around the property, give you the keys and remote control to access the garage if needed. If not possible we will let you know if a lockbox can be used. - Everything mentioned above is included in the price. Please, use electricity responsibly. Do not leave the air conditioning on when you are not home. -ID will be requested when confirming reservation and the person that made the reservation has to be present on check in and checkout. And complete names of guest have to be registered. -For rents longer than a week, one cleaning session will be included per week. -No smoking inside the house. -No parties allowed and no overnight staying allowed of persons other than the 6 guests registered via AirBNB. -Other services may be provided upon request with additional charge. - TOWELS We have provided towels that are to be used in the house. Please provide your own towels if you go to the beach or some other place. Please do not use towels to remove makeup or shoes shine. Makeup, tanners and other products stain and deteriorate them. - BATHROOM Very important please do not throw toilet paper nor feminine tampons or other paper solids in the WCs. All houses in Mérida function with septic tanks and the life span of a good functioning septic tank is considerably shortened if toilet paper is thrown in the WCs. So please deposit all toilet paper in the garbage bins not in the WCs! Thank you very help for your help!
