With a relaxing and authentically Mexican style, we guarantee you a memorable vacation. Our space has been completely renovated and has modern decor, as well as original handicrafts from different parts of Mexico for you to appreciate. Get to know Mexico through the Pájaro Carpintero. The space Our building offers a wide variety of amenities, such as a gym, spa, massages, restaurant (Tiburón de la Costa), and tennis courts. For better guest control, there is a mandatory identification bracelet fee of $350 pesos per adult and $250 pesos per child under 12 years old, as per assembly agreement. Additionally, we provide a daily electricity consumption allowance of 10kwh in order to promote conscious electricity use. A meter reading will be taken upon arrival and departure, and any excess usage will be charged at a rate of $5 pesos per kwh. Other things to note Our apartment has 1.5 bedrooms, as it includes a small secondary room that is suitable for families or a group of 4 people, ensuring that each person has a space to rest and relax.
