Totally renovated, 40s inspired, but with all the modern details and amenities. This property is right on main street in Andes, just on the edge of town. You have privacy and quiet, but can walk for a coffee or a beer in minutes. Free town pool, antique, gift and vintage clothing shops are all just moments away. BEDROOM 1 – "Mom n' Pop" features a Queen sized bed, beautiful vintage drapes, extra seating, dresser w/mirror and a closet. BEDROOM 2 – "Scout Room" features a twin-sized bed, vintage details, dresser w/mirror, and a closet. BEDROOM 3 – "Camp Suite" is a completely private top floor room featuring a queen sized bed, built-in dresser, extra seating area and its own separate heating and A/C. BATHROOM – This totally remodeled bathroom features a heated tile floor (controls are in the bathroom), full bathtub and shower. KITCHEN – You'll have everything you need to make your own meals – pots and pans, coffeemaker, toaster, stove/oven, microwave with vent, fridge, silverware, mixer, etc. LAUNDRY – There is a washer and dryer in the basement for your use. Access through the kitchen. Detergent provided. PATIO – This private patio features a picnic table with room for six, and an incredible view of the neighboring farm's pond, hillside and cows. STREAM – The house is located on the edge of a beautiful stream, which you can access directly from the backyard. You have access to the entire house, backyard, and the neighboring creek. Both the front door and basement feature keypad access, so you’ll never have to worry about a key. We’ll also let you know where the backup key is, so don’t worry if you forget the number. There is room for two cars in the driveway, plus additional street parking.
