The space Access the large 1000+ sf apartment from a rear separate entrance of this owner-occupied home. There is dedicated space for 2 cars at the end of the driveway. The King bed is spacious. The Queen sleeper sofa by American Leather is the most comfortable on the market. Note that this apartment is a studio, and the bedroom is open to the living space and queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy high speed internet during your stay. Watch your shows on the flat screen TV using your streaming accounts. There is a large collection of videos and DVDs for some old-school movie thrills. The yard and larger patio are shared with the owner and are available for your use. There are 2 stand-up paddle boards and a kayak you may use, and of course, the hot tub! Please let the the owner know if you intend to use the hot tub when making the reservation. Guest access There is dedicated space for two vehicles at the top of the driveway near the road. The space is clearly marked with a sign that says "Welcome, Guest Parking". It is easy to get to downtown Annapolis by car, but another option (in season) is to walk over to Port Annapolis or Annapolis Landing Marinas to catch a water taxi.
