Our home provides enough beds to accommodate up to eight adults (two to a bedroom) and three or four children. It boasts three separate living spaces, one on each level of the house. The two primary bedrooms on each end of the main level living area have attached bathrooms and walk-in closets. Each primary also has its own access to the deck which overlooks the valley below. One primary has a full-sized crib available to accommodate a small child. There are two additional bedrooms and a separate sleeping area with two bunk beds on the lower level. Those bedrooms and the bunk area have access to one bathroom with a shower on that level. Also on that level is a comfortable living area with a TV and a foosball table. An open, spacious living area on the main level with a fireplace, TV and incredible views provides a comfortable gathering space. The deck off that living area offers spectacular views and warmer weather seating. Another deck off the lower level allows for more outdoor enjoyment. A dining table that sits six is just off the well-equipped kitchen, and another table and chairs are available to expand the seating to ten. There is additional bench seating at the kitchen island plus a highchair. Also on the main level is a half bath, a full-size pantry and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The loft above the main living area has a full bath and includes a sleeper sofa, chairs and a TV. A two-car garage gives guests the convenience of parking out of the weather, plus two separate driveway entrances/exits help when road conditions are not at their best. Note: Winter conditions in and around Angel Fire, including our driveway, pose driving risks and roads that often require a four wheel drive. You need to have four wheel or at least all wheel drive vehicles during the winter. WE DO HAVE 3 CAMERAS OUTSIDE - ONE AT THE FRONT DOOR AND TWO TRAIL CAMERAS IN THE SIDE AND BACK YARDS.
