Oceanfront Folly Beach Home

Located on front beach with a private walkover, our comfortably-furnished home offers an open floor plan, hardwood floors, tiled kitchen and baths. Flooded with sunlight from a bank of oceanfront windows, the large living room with queen sleeper sofa, vaulted ceiling and wifi/cable-equipped entertainment center is perfect for family gatherings. Downtown Center Street with its quaint shops and dining options, along with a world-class fishing pier are a short, walkable distance away. The space Ocean front screened porch features comfy seating for reading, relaxing or visiting ... along with a large, 8-person picnic table. Beach towels, four beach chairs and children's beach toys are available for your use. Two large, private showers downstairs with dressing areas are perfect for cleanup when returning from the beach. Other things to note There is an apartment on property for owner use only. It is connected to the house by a deck. We do not stay there when we have guest but may come in on occasion for overnight when we have appointments in town and sometimes late evening the day before check out to help with preparation for our next quest. We always inform our guest if we will be coming as there is a common stairway to the two properties.
