Our large, heavily treed lot features private gardens with plenty of space for relaxing, playing games and socializing with friends and family. Our home is fully equipped and ready to enjoy. We pride ourselves in providing an exceptionally clean living environment. Enjoy our immediate proximity to the beach and the sounds of the surf. We have 5 bicycles for your enjoyment (additional bikes can be rented in town for $15/day). Enjoy unsurpassed amenities throughout Indian River County Kids are welcome but no pets or indoor smoking please. City bylaws (and respect for our neighbors) prohibit large events and excessive noise. Winter season (Nov 1 - Apr 30): 7 day minimum stay, 15% discount for stays over 28 consecutive days Summer season (May 1 - Oct 31): 3 day minimum stay. 10% discount for stays over 7 consecutive days, 15% discount for stays over 28 consecutive days A per stay cleaning fee applies (VRBO may call this a "Host Fee").
