This cozy 1 bedroom cottage includes: ~ 1 bedroom ~ living room with dining nook, flat screen TV with Dish & DVR, full-sofa sleeper & reclining love seats ~ a full kitchen with gas stove/oven, cafe table ~laundry room ~private yard The space There is literally no better location in the city! 5 min walk to all the best shopping, Restaurants and activities Prescott has to offer as well as Whisky Row, the Courthouse and more. This is a very well maintained 1930's cottage with a private yard with a comfy porch and private off-street parking, and the quaint neighborhood and street are the safest around. Guest access The home is yours for the duration! Welcome home! Other things to note Our Future Bookings are limited to those within the month (first to last day) in consideration to our returning guests who need to schedule annual visits. If the home is still available once that month has arrived, we can open reservations to Weekly and then Nightly. Please always feel free to ask if your desired dates are out side of this guideline... sometimes scheduling can work out just right;) This is literally the best location in the city. Prepare to hang your car keys, because everything is a short and pleasant walk from here. (Please review "House Rules" for additional details :)
