This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the sixth floor. Soft cushy furniture and beachy décor make this a great vacation unit. Living room has a 42 " HD TV and DVD. Master bedroom has king bed and guest bedroom has two doubles. Each bedroom has 32" Flat screen TV's and DVD Players. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. The balcony has a table with four chairs. All units at Amelia by the Sea are direct oceanfront with private balconies on upper units or patios on ground floor unit. The swimming pool, which is on the ocean side of the building, is an amazing place to relax and is ready for your arrival! Two tennis courts are also available on a first come basis. The 800 ft. fishing pier is available to our guest and NO FISHING LICENSE is required when fishing from this private pier.
