Washer and Dryer (available upon request), private balcony, Roku smart TV with Vizio Soundbar. Guest Wifi is provided. Some snacks, drinks, coffee/tea are stocked, but otherwise, this is a self-catered rental so plan to bring your own food and beverages. ** All guests must be 18 or older unless pre-approved by Host. ** ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS PERMITTED ON PREMISES!! Other things to note When Host is on-site, there will also be a very friendly bird-dog on the premises. Her name is "Sage". She may be a little nosey and want to sniff around when you are outside, but very sweet!
