The space The Palm Tree Pool Home in Apollo Beach offers an unforgettable vacation experience with its stunning waterfront location and a multitude of amenities. Step into this light and airy home, beautifully remodeled with a beachy Floridian vibe. As soon as you enter, you'll feel the tranquil ambiance that sets the tone for your stay. The living room and master bedroom feature 75" and 55" TVs, perfect for cozy movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Netflix is available in all rooms, ensuring endless entertainment options. For those occasional rainy days, we've got you covered with a selection of board games to keep the fun going indoors. But don't worry, there's plenty of sunshine to enjoy too. Take a refreshing dip in the heated pool, which is available year-round, and soak up the Florida sun on the spacious pool deck. The pool area is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, creating a private oasis for relaxation. If you're up for some adventure, head down to the pier and try your luck at fishing. It's a great spot to cast a line and enjoy the peaceful waterfront atmosphere. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide kayaks, four bicycles, and a cornhole game. Explore the waters of Apollo Beach by kayak, pedal your way through the neighborhood, or engage in some friendly competition with a game of cornhole. Call a local fishing guide they will pick you up right at the dock. And for those who want to bring their own boat, this vacation rental is the perfect choice. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire home, pool, hot tub, pier, and outdoor spaces. You’ll also have exclusive use of the kayaks, bikes, cornhole game, and all indoor amenities—nothing is shared during your stay. Other things to note DISCLAIMER: PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN!! If you want to get loud and party. Please choose another home. Unfortunately, we have to be very clear. The pool is heated year-round at no extra charge. There is a $75 hot tub cleaning fee (we drain, clean, and refill between each guest) We provide basic starter supplies (toiletries, paper towels, etc.); longer stays may require restocking. There’s ample parking on-site, including space for a boat trailer. Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood—please respect quiet hours (9 PM – 8 AM). Life jackets are provided for kayak use; use at your own risk. Check out The Publix grocery delivery online before you arrive. Publix will deliver to the front door. This could save you a ton of time when trying to have fun. There is no smoking in this house—seven-day minimum lease. No Parties allowed. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, or they will be towed away. We have security cameras at the front door, over the garage, looking at the driveway, on the pool pump, looking at the equipment, on the left side of the home, looking at that side, and on our dock. No security cameras are pointed at the guests. We have a device that measures sound decibels called Minut located on the rear patio. This device does not listen to conversations.
