The space 1-bedroom suites are available at Ptarmigan, Village Pointe, Teal Landing, and Peregine associations. 2-bedroom deluxe suites are only available at the Elk Run, Master Place, and Teal Landing associations. 2-bedroom lock-off suites are only available at the Ptarmigan, Village Pointe, Teal Landing, and Peregrine associations. 2-bedroom lofts are only available at the Eagle Loft and Mountain Meadows associations. A seating area with cable TV is included in each suite at Pagosa Resort. A kitchenette or fully-equipped kitchen and clothes washer and tumble dryer are provided for convenience. Any unexpected amenity closures during your visit are out of our control and we deeply apologize for the inconvenience if this does occur. 2 on-site golf courses and miniature golf are featured at this Pagosa Resort located on the border of San Juan National Forest. Each apartment-style suite offers a balcony or terrace and free Wi-Fi. A 24-hour reception welcomes guests to Pagosa Resort. A recreation complex with an Olympic-size indoor swimming pool, children’s pool, hot tub and racquetball courts is located on site. ***The Rec Center will be closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Additionally, it will be closing early on New Year's Eve. Other things to note The Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center will be closed from October 20th to 22nd for annual maintenance; dates are subject to change. ***The Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, and will close early on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve*** This resort is 100% smoke-free in all of its suites or buildings. A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in. We are unable to provide parking at the resort for boats and recreational vehicles. This resort has a check out time of 10 a.m. The resort is at a high elevation of 7000 ft. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. Recreational vehicle and trailer parking is not available. Car required to fully enjoy area. The resort assigns the specific unit around the time of check-in so your view may vary. Let us know if you have a preference to be near a specific location throughout the resort or if you would like a specific view.
