A hideaway close to Summit County activities. This hand built cabin features two bedrooms with double beds and a loft with two single beds. The hot tub on the private deck gives 180 degree views of the Gore and Ten Mile Ranges. Please note - this is not a luxury home. The cabin is not secluded. The cabin is generally very quiet but you might hear occasional traffic noises. On the plus side, the cabin is close to all amenities in Silverthorne and has a very comfortable vibe. The space Your host is the original owner who hand-built the cabin with the ambience of a wood-burning stove! Read the book in the living room on how it was built. There is plenty of parking at the cabin. Note: The cabin does not have air conditioning. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire cabin, back deck and hot tub! (Sometimes you end up havIng more guests than what you registered, so it's an extra $25 per person that will be taken out of your deposit. ) Please leave your pets at home! Other things to note Lights: switches for hallway and stairs are on the left of the hallway; back deck light switch is behind the fridge; Loft has lights above each bed, switch on upper right; living room string lights and dining table lights on beams by the front door and table respectively. Hot tub towels are in bathroom under left sink. The cabin does not have air conditioning.
