From the property you can see the sea and, at night, sleep with the sound of the waves. Prainha is the safest beach in Caraguá, in a closed bay, shallow, with few waves, frequented by families with children. The house has 3 en-suites on the ground floor that share a large kitchen-living room with a stove, refrigerator and microwave. Barbecue in the garden. The upper floor is not available for rent. The space The house is prepared for 10 people, but you can accommodate up to 12 people, upon prior request (there will be a cost for extra beds, do the simulation on the site and see how the value changes to 11 and 12 people)..... We have a crib for babies, included in the daily rate. ... When comparing prices, remember that the house accommodates 10 people, so divide the amount by 10 to see the cost per person and verify that it is a very low amount to enjoy a direct and exclusive exit to the beach (through our "Beach Gate")... ... ... It is the only house with direct access to the sand, available in Prainha... ... ... Guest access The house has ample flat space in its surroundings, where it is possible to park comfortably and safely (within the property). Other things to note The house has three en-suites on the ground floor, each equipped to accommodate up to 4 guests (En-suites 1 and 2 with a double bed and bunk bed; En-suite 3 with two single beds). The three en-suites share a large kitchen-living room, with a stove, refrigerator and microwave. All bathrooms are very similar, with marble countertops and Blindex-type shower stalls. We recently installed ceiling fans in the three en-suites and two TVs. We now have a crib for babies. The upper floor is not available for rentals, for now, as it is the host's space (you may eventually find it on site). The outdoor area is a large grassy space overlooking the beach. The barbecue is in a covered area, facing the lawn.
