The space Located on the outskirts of Lloseta, just 30 minutes from the main beaches, Can Bosquet is a historic 17th century gem. This quiet retreat among narrow, old streets, surrounded by neighbors in single-family homes with gardens, promises serenity and requests compliance with the rules of coexistence. Ideal for groups, especially sports, Can Bosquet has 7 bedrooms for 12 people and a large parking lot. Its wellness area with a Jacuzzi and sauna offers relaxation after physical activity. The house, distributed on the ground floor and two upper floors, covers more than 800 m2 on a plot of 1,800 m2. The parking, covered and outdoor, includes tools to repair bicycles. The exquisite garden features a swimming pool, solarium, and fountains that create a relaxing atmosphere conducive to meditation. An old chapel is also a highlight. The kitchen is fully stocked for any culinary need and has both a Nespresso and Italian coffee maker. WiFi, alarm, and gas heating are available. Each bedroom has a fan.
