The White Haven - A countryside hideaway near Pune

A perfect pet-friendly countryside getaway for your group just 45 minutes driving distance from Pune city. Enjoy your staycation in a stress free environment, close to nature with greenery and view of nearby mountains. We have two tastefully done up bedroom and a living room with sitout area to spend time together with your family or friends. An ideal place to relax, do yoga, meditation, pursue your hobbies, go out for walk or a hike. A serene small lake is just walking distance. The space The house has 2 cosy bedrooms and a living room with a small kitchenette. There are 3 double beds where a group of 6 can have a comfortable stay. It is a private property with a large lawn area, a patio and a pergola sitout. It's safe to park your vehicle outside the house. Things to do: 1. Spend time playing board games with your loved ones. 2. Good place to get your cycles and go for long rides. 3. Go for a hike on nearby mountains. 4. Spend time lakeside (8-10mins walk from the house). Good place to take your pet dog for a swim. 5. Play around with your pets and kids in the lawn area. 6. Have your own BBQ and bonfire at night during winters. Note: There is NO cook available. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is available order basis. We have tied-up with a restaurant that delivers lunch and dinner as per your order. Breakfast can be ordered from the locals (to be ordered a day prior). Menu cards will be provided (the restaurant and the locals') and the payment can be done directly to them. You can also reach out to the caretaker, his wife can provide you food as per your orders. Guest access Guests have access to all the amenities available in the property. Other things to note 1. As the property is located in the outskirts of the city there is limited availability of essentials if you need any. There is a nearby village (Garade Gaon) which has small provision stores for your urgent needs. 2. There are many restaurants/Dhaba in 6-10km range. The property is situated on a link road between Mumbai-Bangalore highway and Saswad road. Highway is approx 6km and Saswad rd is around 8km, both have number of eating options for breakfast,lunch and dinner. 3. For guests who wish to stay at home and avoid going out to eat, we have kept 2 menu cards(1. Home cooked food from the locals. Basic items will be ready available however for heavy meals you will need to inform us 1 day prior. 2. Hotel Amrai69, a well known restaurant on Saswad road, serves delicious food(veg & nonveg) and delivers at an extra delivery cost of Rs 250/-. ). Food charges will be paid by guest directly to the supplier. 4. The property is located in a remote area hence you might face power cuts(inverter installed as a backup), occasional wifi/mobile connectivity issues which may cause inconvenience during your work(just take a break and enjoy the nature during such circumstances- You deserve that time off😊). 5. We have geyser in both bathrooms for hot water supply. 6. Aqua guard has been installed for you to have continuous drinking water supply. 7. We have installed TV. You may bring your harddisk or USB in case you want to watch some movies of your choice. 8. Basic essentials like soaps, towels, sugar, tea powder, salt etc have been kept for your use. 9. We have kept a barbeque stand if you wish to use( coal is not provided). 10. List of Do's and don'ts have been listed out at the property, please have a look at it.
