This cozy villa features a swimming pool, a dressing room, and four spacious air-conditioned rooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. It offers a serene retreat that seamlessly combines tranquility with convenience. The space 5010 sqft Villa with a cozy kitchenette on the site, an Infinity Swimming pool, and views of a picturesque Lake. We offer a peaceful, comfortable stay for up to 10 guests (including children). There are 4 AC bedrooms (3 with attached bathrooms, 6 total beds), spacious living areas, and verandas with beautiful views. The entire villa is reserved just for you or your team after a booking confirmation. The villa is ideal, a calm and quiet place for tourists as a base and a cozy home for expats who are returning to their homeland during the holidays. -Long stays can be considered based on trip length discounts. Meals; A free traditional Sri Lankan breakfast is included. Our in-house chef can prepare other meals using groceries you provide, or we can arrange your preferred meal and price it according to your choices. You’re also welcome to bring your own food and use our fridges. Housekeeping; Our staff live in separate quarters and are available to help at any time. Cooking, cleaning, and tidying services are part of their duties during your stay. Nestled in nature’s embrace, our villa is surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant blossoms. Here, time slows, and nature’s beauty feels endless. Guest access Enjoy full access to the entire villa — ideal for relaxing, recharging, and spending quality time. -Sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably -Infinity pool facing the lake -Spacious garden and a court for basketball or badminton -Boat rides available on request (LKR 7,000 - 7 adults for 1 hour) Pool access 8 am to 10 pm. Inside the Villa -Large living rooms with LED TVs and Wi-Fi -4 Air-conditioned bedrooms,3 of them with attached bathrooms and hot water. One of them is in the spacious living and dining area. We charge based on the number of guests, and we will provide you with resources and rooms accordingly. Villa Wing Access The Villa Wing will be made available when the number of guests exceeds 10. However, rest assured—you will have full privacy, as the entire property will remain exclusively yours. Free breakfast We offer a complimentary breakfast and tea. Travel & Excursions We offer village tours within Bandagama based on your requests. Itinerary trips can be arranged to places like Galle Fort (just 1 hour away), Ella, Nuwara Eliya, Induruwa Beach, Arugambay, or any location of your choice. A guide can be provided if needed. Inviting Guests Please inform us in advance. We are excluding outsiders from the guest count in booking confirmations. We charge villa prices based on no of guests, including children. Guests' Overnight stay (with approval only): LKR 5,000 per person, Short visits (up to 3 hours): LKR 1,500 per person.
