Large and cozy 100sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the fourth and top floor (with elevator) of a building less than 10 minutes on foot from Catania Central Station, the apartment has a terrace overlooking the interior and a balcony overlooking Mount Etna. From the apartment it is possible to easily reach the historic center and the main points of interest by public transportation or, alternatively, with a 15-20 minute walk. The space The inside is organized as follows: -BEDROOM 1: double bed, split A/C, wardrobe, armchair, mirror and access to the balcony overlooking the Mount Etna. -BEDROOM 2: double bed, split A/C, wardrobe, private area with chair and sofa. -LIVING AREA: split A/C, dining table, sofa, TV and access to the terrace. -KITCHEN: 4 burner stove, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, moka pot, small table and access to the terrace. -BATHROOM 1: shower, bidet and toilet. -BATHROOM 2: private inside bedroom 2 with shower, bidet and toilet. OTHER SERVICES: A/C with heat pump, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: - The building has a lift NOT suitable for disabled people. There is a step to access the building + 10 steps to access the lift. - The fireplace does not work. Bath towels and bed linen available for all guests. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd. For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following: From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25 From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30 Late check-ins are not available after midnight. In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.
