Enjoy our ample spaces, beautiful garden, and the tranquility and security of Sección Volcanes. The kitchen is comfortable and equipped. There's a dining room and two living rooms, two parking spaces (and another two in front of the house). Of course, pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, WiFi, SmartTV and a couple of desks. For heating the pool and jacuzzi we have a solar heater and gas heater. You pay the gas that you consume. The house is four rooms (nine beds). There will be also an air mattress. The space It is a spacious house, the area is quiet. Upstairs: main entrance, living room and three bedrooms. Downstairs: living room, dining room, kitchen, another bedroom, large garden, pool and barbecue. Five bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Gas heater to heat the pool: $1600/day. Heating the pool with solar: $700/day, works with electricity. Guest access Guests have full access to spaces and services Other things to note Only small and well behaved dogs are accepted . In case of damages or additional cleaning, some charges will be requested by Airbnb. Cats are not allowed (reason is allergies, sorry!).
