Cozy tiny apartment - just 10 minutes from the center

Welcome to my small but very cozy apartment. The apartment consists of one room and is 10 m2. It is great for overnight stays or for working. The apartment is fully equipped, including Kitchen, shower, TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, toilet, dishes, etc. In principle, two people could also stay in the apartment - but I ask you to contact me beforehand if you want to use this option. The space The sleeping area can be reached via a small ladder. The height above the bed is limited (see pictures). Similar to a camper. Alternatively, you can also sleep on the smaller mattress in the lower area. Guest access Parking is free along the street. The U-Bahn station is only 2 minutes away.
