The space Apartment of 146 meters, has 3 bedrooms all with internal bathroom and air conditioning (-Room 1: Two people in a queen size bed,- Room 2: Four people, two people in a double bed and two people in an auxiliary double bed, - Room 3: Four people, two people in two single beds and two more people in two auxiliary single beds); dining room with air conditioning, 2 balconies with direct sea view; work area; it is located in the sector of the third cove (Caimanera area) in the Fontaine Bleu Building, recognized for its architectural design, with direct exit to the sea, pool area, tent area on the beach. Guest access Double private parking. Other things to note RECOMMENDATIONS TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT DURING YOUR STAY IN THE APARTMENT. 1. We appreciate the care of the apartment and its furnishings. Any damage to the property, furniture or furnishings must be repaired in its entirety, so we recommend your special care to make your stay more pleasant and hope to have you with us again. 2. Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am. 3. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the balconies. 4. No pets allowed in the apartment. 5. The items are delivered inventoried, we appreciate the delivery of the same in the same conditions received, in case of loss, damage or breakage of any element of the apartment or its belongings, please report it immediately. 6. The cost of lost towels will be 50,000 pesos for each lost towel. 7. Only people previously registered and authorized are allowed to enter the apartment. 8. The curtains are electric, and the controls must remain in the place provided for this purpose so as not to be confused with those of the other spaces. We appreciate making prudent use of them to keep the curtains in perfect condition. 9. The apartment has three televisions, two of which have DIRECTV, and the apartment has a Wi-Fi router whose key and password are on the back of it. In that area of Covenas there is no wifi provider, so the coverage is not optimal. 10. Building policies prohibit parties, loud noise, and musical groups. We also share some management recommendations for the use of common areas. 1. After entering the pool area, do not enter the lobby wet. We have bathrooms to dry or change. 2. No drinks or food inside the pool. 3. Do not bring glass containers into the pool area or its surroundings 4. Every apartment resident has their own private parking space. Please do not insist on parking in someone else's space. 5. The children's pool is for children only. Adults must not enter it. 6. You must always enter the pool in swimwear or appropriate clothing that is not cotton. 7. No tents or stalls are reserved for them, everyone can use the common goods that are available. 8. Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. 9. The common areas may be used only by authorized personnel as residents of the apartments. Visitors are allowed to visit the tenants in these areas. 10. The tranquility of the condominium must be preserved, music and noise must be controlled, sounds for repairs from 8 AM to 12 AM and from 2 PM to 6 PM on weekdays and low-volume sound equipment until 9 PM 11. The registration of the occupants of each apartment must be done with an ID in hand without exception. 12. No smoking on balconies and in the elevator. 13. Breaches of the building rules will result in a fine that must be paid by the tenant. 14. The management charges a per-person entry fee of 15,000 pesos, which must be paid at the time of entry and check-in at the building’s reception. Registration Details 126291
