Welcome to the Lodge! This large 1-bedroom flat with children's cabin has been completely refitted and redecorated in January 2021 to welcome you in a warm cocoon in African tones. It consists of a master bedroom, a large living room with American kitchen, a cabin for children (bunk beds), a bathroom, a large garden and a private garage ! The residential swimming pool with the incredible view of the Old Town of Menton is a real plus (June to September)! The space The Lodge consists of a bright 20m2 living room with a beautiful, particularly functional and fully equipped American kitchen: coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, tea towels etc. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160x190cms), a large storage cupboard and benefits from a direct access, like the living room, to the private garden. Before going out to enjoy it, the apartment also offers a functional bathroom and a separate toilet for more privacy. A small children's bedroom with two single bunk beds ends the interior visit. The garden perfectly complements the accommodation thanks to its ideal layout for a successful holiday in the French Riviera: deckchairs, large table and seats, parasol, barbecue, additional storage, beach accessories etc. The private and secure garage in the basement (included with the rental) guarantees tranquility, particularly appreciated in high season. The first beach is a 3-minute walk from the Lodge, just opposite the entrance to the Residence (85 meters). Last plus, and not the least: travelers will be able to enjoy the Residence's swimming pool, located on the roof, with a breathtaking view of the Old Town of Menton. Everything has been thought out to make your stay as pleasant as possible: the quality of the bedding, the decoration, free high-speed WIFI or even the homemade guide (essential visits, personalized recommendations on Menton and its surroundings, Menton anecdotes, walks and gardens etc)! Housekeeping has always been carried out extremely meticulously. That being said, since the start of the health crisis concerning Covid-19, cleaning procedures have been further strengthened to ensure travelers have healthy and disinfected accommodation.
