The bedroom features a Queen size bed (160X200cm) with a high-quality mattress and an extra-large wardrobe for your clothes. Also inside the bedroom, there's a spectacular bathroom decorated with black marble. The wardrobe and bathroom by the entrance hall together with the comfortable sofa-bed in the living room make this apartment perfectly fine for 3 or 4 guests. All windows are equipped with blackout systems... if you dare to stop looking at the breathtaking view over Praça da Liberdade and Torre dos Clérigos. :) Other things to note LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS Reservations of 15 nights or more are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules: -> A safety deposit may be requested at check-in and will be refunded after the apartment is checked and all outstanding bills are settled. -> Electricity and water are charged separately based on actual monthly usage, unless guests choose to pay a fixed fee of €3 per night to cover these costs. -> By booking a long-term stay, guests agree to provide the host with access to the property when requested, for maintenance assessments.
