Looking for an apartment where you can be outdoors but indoors? Our apartment is located in Villaviciosa's shopping and service area. We've tried to prepare everything for you to enjoy your stay at our house. We are absolutely in love with our apartment, so we want to share it with you. Free street parking VUT2786AS The space It is a charming apartment on the first floor, with two bedrooms (one with two beds and the other with a double bed) and two bathrooms, a living room (with a sofa bed) and a separate kitchen. Balcony facing the street and interior courtyard with a light well. It has an elevator. As a general rule, there is free parking on the street in front of the apartment or in the surrounding area. However, if you prefer, 200 meters away there is a paid, covered and guarded parking garage with very competitive rates. Guest access In Villaviciosa there are no distances. We are close to the historic center, parks, and walking areas of the wetlands of the Ría de Villaviciosa Partial Nature Reserve. Right at the front door is the entrance to a supermarket, so the convenience in that sense is maximum. Our house will be yours temporarily, enjoy and thank you for taking care of it! Other things to note 20 minutes from Gijón, 30 minutes from Oviedo. Rodiles beach, one of the most popular sandy areas in Asturias, is 10 minutes away (direct bus service in summer). Villaviciosa is a very well located place to visit the central and eastern area of Asturias. The most famous sandy beaches in eastern Asturias are 40 minutes away. No parties or events.
