Not suitable for events/productions. A large master bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a small guest toilet. Guest access Parking on a wide sidewalk for two vehicles outside the property fence. Boulevard street with plenty of space always available. Other things to note The house is located on the first floor, which is accessed by stairs, and the terrace is located on the second floor.
