Forget your worries in this quiet, spacious place. Our apartment is a duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is on the 3rd and top floor, overlooking a beautiful garden. Very sunny, furnished and with dishes and equipment for the comfort of guests. In the living room there is a fireplace to use on cold days, and in summer you can use fans and air conditioning. It has high-speed internet and 2 Smart TVs with Netflix. It will certainly be a pleasant stay! The space The condominio has: - Covered thermal pool that can be used for free by guests. - The ballroom with barbecue grill can be used by guests for a fee of R$150 from the condominium and advance booking with the caretaker. - The condominium's shared laundry can be used free of charge by guests. To use it, you must ask the janitor to unlock the machines with the control tag in his possession. - A large patio with plenty of green area. Guest access The apartment has a covered parking space in the condominium courtyard, suitable for small vehicles, and it is also easy to park on the street in front of the condominium, which is quiet and safe. Other things to note We do not provide firewood for the fireplace other than what is already available. ATTENTION: the apartment heaters are NOT working! Alternatively, there is hot air from the air conditioners and the fireplace. WARNING to those with allergies, there is carpet in the bedrooms!
