Beautiful apartment located in the center of the well-known town of Santa Margherita Ligure, a few steps from the seafront, ideal for your holidays in one of the most popular and loved destinations on the Riviera del Levante Ligure. The space Surrounded by the hills of the Portofino Natural Park and by the crystal clear waters of a protected marine area, Santa Margherita Ligure offers its visitors a preserved environment where nature coexists with a historic center of enormous cultural interest and a modern and lively soul made up of shops , restaurants, lounge bars and clubs where you can spend evenings of fun and relaxation. A dense network of paths that can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike connect it to the nearby towns of Paraggi and Portofino. It is possible to visit the surroundings while fully enjoying the beauty of these places also from the perspective of the sea with boats that connect Santa Margherita to Portofino, San Fruttuoso and the other towns of the Tigullio up to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. Located on the second floor of a building of five with a lift, the apartment opens onto a bright living room with a dining table for six people, a sofa bed for two, television and a small terrace. On the other side of the entrance we find a kitchen equipped with everything you need: oven, fridge, dishwasher, pots, pans, plates, cups and cutlery. There is also a washing machine and a second terrace. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and in both there is a large wardrobe. The last room of the house is the bathroom, with toilet and shower. On the terrace there is a table with chairs for lunches or dinners outside during the summer. The house is also equipped for younger guests: in fact, in the house you will find a cot and a high chair. In the house there is WI-FI. Clean linen (sheets, mattress covers, pillowcases, towels, bath towels and bidet towels) is provided by us and included in the price. There is NO private parking. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the house which is rented entirely, with no space shared with others. POSSIBLE EXTRA CHECK-IN CHARGES: 1) The municipality of Santa Margherita Ligure imposes a year-round tourist tax of €4/day per person, which will be collected separately. Children under the age of fifteen are exempt for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. 2) Additional guests: We typically charge €25 per night for each additional guest. 3) Late check-ins and check-outs are often permitted, upon prior arrangement and with the payment of an additional fee of at least €30 to the person handling check-in (check-in time slot: 6-8 PM or early check-ins before 3 PM).
