House with pool, balcony and leisure in a condo

Located in Jardim Acapulco Condominium, in Guarujá, our house has a complete infrastructure and was prepared to receive up to 10 people. The space Our property has 560m² and contains five suites. On the upper floor, in addition to the 4 suites, we offer a living room with armchairs and a mezzanine with chairs overlooking the pool. The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the house, with a cozy balcony, swimming pool, shower and barbecue. There are also spaces for 4 cars on site. Guest access Jardim Acapulco is a condominium surrounded by Rio do Peixe, Golf Club and a majestic green area of ​​475,000m². The condominium offers 24-hour security with concierge, guards, electronic gates activated by magnetic card, video cameras and motorized patrols.
