The house by the sea is certainly one of the most beautiful villas on Wilhelmstraße, known for its magnificent bathing architecture, and has 8 units. Built around the turn of the century, it was extensively renovated and lovingly restored in 1999. The spacious App. 5 on the 1st floor offers you a wonderful holiday home on approx. 59 sqm. There is 1 double bedroom ( bed 1,80m x 2,00m) with access to the conservatory. In the cosy living area, you have a 50-inch Sumsung smart flat-screen TV and a Grundig stereo system with CD player and Bluetooth function. When arriving with a 3rd and /or 4th person (preferably children), the couch in the living area can be converted into a comfortable bed. For the 3rd/4th person 6,- Euro/night will be charged additionally. As well as another linen package at 16,- Euro/person. From the living area, the guest arrives in the rear area in a small, fully equipped kitchen with extensive kitchen equipment, stove with ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, etc.. To the front, in the direction of the picturesque Wilhelmstrasse, the living area borders on the upstream and glazed conservatory, which offers a fantastic view of the promenade of Wilhelmstrasse (curtains available as sun protection). The windows can all be opened and at any time of the year you can especially feel the charm of living in a holiday villa from the beginning of the last century. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower and a separate toilet with hand basin. In the whole apartment are laminate and tiled floor. 1 dog is a welcome guest by prior registration. We charge a one-time fee of 27,- Euro. Dogs are welcome, but please understand that dogs are not allowed in/on beds or on furniture. The apartment has 1 parking space, which is included in the price. This is located behind the building. There is also 1 storage shed for bicycles, handcarts or beach utensils. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house (coin-operated machines). Holiday in this apartment is a casual holiday with a historic ambience in the bathing style. We generally ask you not to smoke in the apartments.
