2-room apartment The space The Marie Diane residence is a set of furnished accommodation located in Propriano in Southern Corsica. Its many amenities such as its swimming pool and children's playground make it an ideal place for a family or romantic vacation. Laurier des Montagnes is a 2-room apartment with mezzanine. Sleeps 2 to 4 people, possibility of 5th person (with extra charge). This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the first floor of a set of 4 apartments. Its spacious and sunny terrace is furnished with a table, garden chairs, two multi-position armchairs and Weber barbecue. It offers a pleasant view of the vegetation of the residence and a 'small' sea view. The entrance hall serves a bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm + generous storage, a living room with a sofa convertible into a comfortable bed for two people of 160 x 200 cm wide, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet. From the living room, stairs lead to a small mezzanine where there is a bed for one person. It is equipped with free internet access (or WiFi). Linens are provided. You will appreciate its quiet location while being only 600 meters from the city, 1 km from the beaches and water activities, 1 km from two supermarkets and 250 meters from a sports complex and municipal tennis courts. Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €500 and, depending on the booking platform, the tourist tax. Pets are allowed, a supplement of €50 (per pet) is to be paid on arrival
