The space The apartment is extremely comfortable and relaxing. An unforgettable experience! For the convenience of our guests it has: - 1 bedroom with queen size bed (can be convertible into two single beds) and air conditioning; - Living room with flat screen TV; - Full kitchen with 2-burner cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, sandwich maker, pans, dishes and utensils; - Dining table with five seats; - Hotel quality bed and bath linen (extra bed linen is charged by Seazone); - Rotating parking space; - 500MB Wifi available; - Common area* with barbecue, wood-burning pizza oven, laundry and shower for bathers. The beds consist of two single mattresses joined together to form a double bed. They cannot be separated into two single beds. * Cleaning included in the price is only carried out at check-out. If the guest would like extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are available, as well as sheets for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half a cleaning fee. Come, relax, have fun and don't worry about anything else :) Guest access Contact Seazone to find out which spaces are restricted to owners and which are available to guests :) Other things to note IMPORTANT: - Entry: 3-8pm; - Check-out: until 11am; - For check-in after 8:00 pm, there is an additional convenience charge of R$50 until 10:00 pm and R$100 after 10:00 pm; - For reservations with same-day check-in, additional waiting time may be required due to the host's travel to the property; - Extra bed/bath linen and cleaning are requested and paid separately, directly with Seazone; - The entry of guests and/or visitors who exceed the capacity of the accommodation or who are not registered in the reservation is prohibited; - No smoking allowed; - no pets allowed; - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, under penalty of fines; - Quiet hours: from 10pm to 7am; - Any disrespect to the condominium/neighborhood rules is the responsibility of the guest, in addition to the fines. - For stays longer than 30 days, an additional cleaning fee will be charged, corresponding to a new cleaning of the accommodation and the change of sheets and towels during the period.
