Spacious home in Otranto only 20 metres from a rocky suntrap where you can swim and a two minute walk to the beachfront where you can enjoy a morning cappuccino at Il Moresco overlooking the Adriatic sea. Wonderful Pugliese restaurants a stroll away. The space Spacious, ground floor apartment in Otranto..... with 3 bedrooms,shower room, bathroom ,kitchen/lounge area and laundry room. Entering the apartment from the large courtyard you will feel the generous and comfortable space of the apartment... located on the left hand side of the hallway are the roomy main bedroom,second bedroom and shower room. Leading off the hallway is the kitchen/lounge/dining room, walking through this room there is a door leading off to the third bedroom with private bathroom off . The large courtyard has a table/seating area. It is only a ten minute walk to the centre of Otranto where you will find restaurants,bars and cafes in the Historic Centre. We are only 20 metres from a rocky suntrap where you can swim and a two minute walk to the sandy beach. Alimini beaches are a ten minute drive away.A car parking space is available in the private cul-de-sac area . We do catch a narrow glimpse of Otranto port from the main bedroom and kitchen window. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole three bedroom house the courtyard area with table and seating is also for guests private use. Other things to note Please inform the owner if you are bringing a pet there is a charge of €30 per pet. Late arrival after 21.30 there is a charge of €40.
