Opened in September 2020, this 43-year-old retro house was further renovated in June 2025 for added comfort and convenience. Guests often say, “I feel like I’m back in the countryside, surrounded by warmth,” while enjoying the charm of Showa-era design in our thoughtfully updated rooms. To ensure a pleasant stay even during Hokkaido’s hot summers, we’ve installed the latest air conditioning system. ＊No TV and elevator ＊Shower only(No bathtub) ＊Information is available in Japanese and English. The space The name “NUI” comes from “sewing” as we used to run a tailoring shop. The foyer room at the entrance is decorated with sewing machines and retro items that have been used since the Showa period. We’re currently offering special discounts to celebrate our completed renovations, along with consecutive night discounts,perfect for longer stays!Take advantage of lower rates and save during this time of rising prices. Closed for winter from December to April. Reservations are open for stays after April. Please bring your own if necessary. ・Amenities 　Bath towel, face towel, slippers 　＊We do not provide toothbrushes, so please bring your own. Other things to note ・No smoking in the entire building (including all premises). A separate cleaning fee may be charged for violations. ・Noise Caution: Please be considerate of noise at night and early in the morning. ・When leaving the building: Please turn off the air conditioner and lights, and close the windows before leaving the building. ・Use of Fire: Please be careful of fire when using heating and cooking equipment. ・Damage, loss, or stains: If equipment is damaged, lost, or excessively soiled, you may be charged the actual cost of the damage. ・Prohibition of leaving large items of trash: If suitcases or other items are left outside or inside the room when checked out, a destruction fee of 5,000 yen will be charged. ・Regarding the appearance of bedding: Bedding that differs from that shown in the photos may be used. ・Regarding cleaning delays: Cleaning may be delayed 1-3 hours depending on the conditions of the day.
