Panoramic view on the whole city

Modern one-bedroom apartment. Only 10 min from the main square. It is on the top floor with a beautiful panoramic view of Zagreb. Free parking, wifi - completely equipped and new. We charge a pet fee according to house rules. The space It has one bedroom, kitchen with dining area, living room with balcony, entrance hall and bathroom. It can accommodate 4 to 5 persons. Two persons can sleep in the bedroom on a large double bed (160x220cm). The other two persons can sleep in a living room on two large sofas also 220cm long and the fifth person can sleep on an extra folding bed. Kitchen is fully equipped and it is connected with the dining area. The bathroom has a toilette, sink, large mirror, and a bath with a shower. The whole apartment is newly redecorated bright and sunny throughout the whole day. It is very charming with lots of flowers in the living area and balcony. The balcony has a small table and two chairs and it is a perfect place for morning coffee with the view of the sunrise over the whole city. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cable TV with over 40 foreign and domestic channels. There is also a wireless fast internet connection and air condition. If you will be arriving by car there is free public parking behind the building and you won't have a problem finding a place for your car. Guest access You will have the whole apartment for yourself. Other things to note We offer our guests all the privacy they want. We are not present in the apartment or even in the apartment building. So - after check-in the guests have their own privacy but if they will need something they can contact us at any time. As the apartment is in a residential building please do not make too much noise (parties) at night as it can annoy the neighbors. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. We have a self-check-in procedure. No need to wait for us, you can enter whenever you want. We will ask you to send us your ID photo in advance so we can register you and give you the codes for entering the apartment. We might need to send you self-check-in instructions by email. Personal check-in (when we wait for you at the apartment) is possible with an extra charge.
