LaSuite in San Sebastian

Two bedroom suite on the 2nd floor of my home which is located in the mountains of San Sebastián bordering the town of Lares. We are situated about 25 mins drive to Gozalandia Waterfalls and 20 mins to the town square. Parking provided for one car only. The jacuzzi is for adult use only. The pool may be used by children with supervision and are for your use alone, not shared. Perfect for couples, mountain views. For a small fee, your furry friend is welcome! The space Locally owned and operated since 2020, our place is a cozy 2 bedroom suite with 1 bathroom (NO KITCHEN) located on second floor of my home overlooking the mountains of Lares. Parking for ONE CAR ONLY, Roku TV with Netflix & Free Wifi and AC in both bedrooms. Rear bedroom has a queen size bed & front bedroom has a full size bed. Private hot tub (ADULT USE ONLY) on your deck and swimming pool available in the backyard (NOT HEATED). For our vacationers we have beach some essentials available; chairs, umbrella, folding table. Although there is no kitchen, you do have a kitchenette set up to help prepare/reheat small meals with a microwave, double burner gas stove top, drip coffee maker & mini refrigerator. On the ground level are the washing machine, bbq grill (gas) and full sized refrigerator which can be turned on for guests staying 5 days or more (or if needed, by advance request). Detailed directions have been provided in the directions tab as accurately as possible. Please understand that San Sebastián has several barrios (sections) with the same street names so travel using GPS and searching by street names WILL NOT WORK. Using the GPS coordinates that I’ve provided are your best option in arriving accurately but please, when in doubt, reach out. Remember we are in the town of San Sebastián not the street with the same name in Old San Juan. Guest access Located off Carretera PR-435 marker km 10.4 in the Barrio of Perchas 2 in San Sebastián (near Bo. Espino de Lares). Residencial neighborhood our property is fully gated, private parking on premises for 1 car only. Other things to note This property is located in a typical family neighborhood with children who play outside, people that tinker on their cars and some who cut their grass. This is not a resort location, nor are we beachside, lakeside or anything that would give a resort type feel. We are in a mountainous region and therefore, not anywhere near restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. please make sure you have everything you need before making your way up. We are roughly 10 minutes drive to the main road (111) in Lares where you will find gas stations, Burger king, subway, KFC, supermarkets, bank, etc. In the event of any power outages, we have a generator on premises which will run most of the basics such as internet, TV, lights, etc. Your drive here will offer beautiful cliff side mountain views, foliage, winding roads and twisty turns, rainbow eucalyptus trees with haciendas and farms everywhere. This is a unique location, not too far from natural wonders like the Camuy Caverns and the native Taino ceremonial Ball court in caguana Utuado. Our location also offers a different perspective from beach front with cooler evening temps and amazing starry views. Our closest coastline to the north is in Isabela where you can find Pozo Teodoro, Playa Jobos, Playa Montones; in Arecibo Cueva del Indio. To the west in Aguadilla, you will find Crash Boat Beach, Peña Blanca and Punta Borinquen. In Rincón you have the Surfers - Survival beach hiking trail. Or make your way south to the sunniest parts of the island, like Cabo Rojo or Guanica, where you can literally run from the rain in this desert coastal land.
