Manoir du Bois Joly – Art Deco Caravan

The "Bois Joly" Manor dates from the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou, it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. In the 19th century, it became known for its breeding of Percheron horses. Since 1985, we have been restoring it in keeping with the traditional architecture of Perche. To share this fascinating story, the "Art Déco" Caravan welcomes you! Departure possible on Sunday at the end of the day on request! The space The "Art Deco Caravan" recalls the history of circuses and carnivals. With a length of 8 meters and an area of 18 m2, it is decorated with many original mirrors and woodwork. The crafted doors and windows, the old brass fireplace, take us into the intimacy of the kings of the show. All modern comforts are offered in this unusual and heated space. The kitchen is equipped, the bathroom (with shower) is separate from the toilet. The dining room and its cupboards accommodate two single beds. More private, the double bed is in a separate bedroom. This trailer is offered with a terrace and a barbecue on a south-facing independent wooded and flowery plot. In another secure area, the pool allows you to relax from June to September. A guided tour of the manor is possible. In addition to this accommodation, it is possible to choose nearby the "Gîte du Fournil", the "Roulotte Gitane", the "Roulotte Vintage" and the "Cabanes de Berger". Guest access The whole trailer is available. On 18 m2, it accommodates a kitchen, a common room and a bedroom. A shower room and a separate toilet give it all its amenities. Other things to note Departure possible on Sunday at the end of the day upon request. Pool › The pool is in operation from June to mid-September depending on weather conditions. It is only heated by the sun. Given the climatic constraints, water restrictions and pool maintenance, access to the pool is limited. We have organized a system of shared schedules for each of the accommodations: 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.: Gîte du Fournil. 11am to 12pm: Caravans & Cabins 3pm to 5pm: Gîte du Fournil. 6pm to 7pm: Caravans & Cabins. These schedules are a base. They are of course flexible according to the demands of each person and weather constraints. Only ten people can swim at the same time, children are under the supervision of their parents.
