The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and famous island Öland 25 minutes. The cottage is about 25 m2 + 11 m2 loft contains living room with kitchen, dining area, bedroom with fitted wardrobes, fully tiled toilet / shower room with underfloor heating, aircondition, loft and 15 m2 terrace with garden furniture and barbecue area. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave, extractor fan, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and kitchenware. There is WIFI and 42 inch full HD LED TV with swedish channels SVT1 HD, SVT2 HD, TV4, TV6 and german, english, italian, frensch, polish, spanish channels via parabol antenna. The bedroom has a double bed of 160x200 cm. The sleeping loft has two 90x200 cm spring beds. The sleeping loft has a low ceiling and steep stairs. The living room has a sofa bed 140x200 cm. For beds there are duvets, pillows and blankets. The cottage is connected to municipal water and sewer. Parking directly at the side of the cottage. All of the property's annual electricity needs are produced locally by solar panels. Guest access Garden Parking Pier Boat, april-october Other things to note In July and August, the cabin is rented out weekly with Saturdays as exchange days. The rest of the year, the cabin is rented out by the day. The price includes heating / AC, electricity, water, Internet via fiber, WIFI and Netflix. When renting for whole weeks (7 days), sheets and towels are included. When renting per day, sheets and towels are not included but can be ordered. Towels then cost SEK 100 / person and sheets SEK 150 / person. The plot, the jetty and the boat are available only to those who rent the house. Targeted fishing for pike and perch prohibited March-May.There are life jackets in different sizes. Pets are welcome. Extra fee of 50 Euro if pets are staying in the cottage.
