We are happy to welcome you to our cozy, modern and newly renovated 50 m² apartment with terrace. The accommodation is in the middle of the green and is still centrally located. Whether you want to go on vacation, are looking for accommodation because of work or are seeking tranquility and relaxation after a busy day at university, everyone can feel comfortable here. The space The accommodation is located directly on the edge of the forest in a quiet side street, ideal for those who want to relax and unwind. Via your own terrace you can reach the modern furnished apartment directly through a separate entrance. Cozy sleeping options for up to 3 people: In the large, spacious bedroom, there is a 1.80 m x 2.00 m double bed and a sliding door wardrobe where you can comfortably store all your belongings. The cozy sofa bed in the living room offers another place to sleep – perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. Comfortable amenities for your stay: The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare your own meals or start the day relaxed with a cup of coffee or tea. In the hallway you will find a small work corner with a desk, ideal for anyone who needs to get something done – of course with free Wi-Fi. Additional fees (transparent & fair): ✔ Linen package (optional): €15 per person (incl. bed linen, 2 towels & 1 cloth) ✔ Pet fee: €25 once per stay (if you bring your pet) 💡 Note on laundry: If you do not need the laundry package, you are welcome to bring your own bed linen & towels.
