The property only a 7 minutes drive to various attractions (e.g. Parque do Covelo, São Rock Climbing), good restaurants and shops, and the Marques metro station is just a minute away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city! The space Welcome to my apartment! Featuring a large sofa, fire place and a dining table big enough to accommodate four people, the open-plan layout kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also ironing equipment available for your laundry needs. The bedroom features a double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials with towels and free toiletries being provided for your convenience. You may leave your luggage in the Welcome Center for free, while you keep enjoying the city! The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Note: This apartment is accessed via stairs and can prove as a challenge for those with mobility issues. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
