The gates for the pool area will be locked down and unaccessible to guests through the end of January. Enjoy lovely views of Lake Carillon and peeks at the Gulf of Mexico from this swanky condo's balcony. The full kitchen and smart TV make this vacation home feel like home - just less than a mile from the beach! Guests can also partake in multiple amenities, like resort pools and hot tubs. Carillon Beach has two on-site restaurants less than one mile from the condo, Our Little Beach Café and Phat Crab. Guests that are feeling adventurous can take lessons at nearby Walkin' On Water Paddleboards (less than half a mile away). To the west, guests are just three miles from stepping into luxury at Rosemary Beach. This condo is less than two miles from local favorites such as Bayou Bill's Crab House and New JinJin Buffet. THINGS TO KNOW Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts. The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 5. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
