This stylish independent accommodation is in Freshwater, just a short stroll from the bay where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. The property is perfectly positioned for exploring the island, with beaches, the Tennyson Trail, and Yarmouth ferry all nearby. Enjoy the private hott tub in the evenings. The space A stylish one-bedroom space featuring a modern walk-in shower, comfortable lounge and dining area, plus a small kitchen area for preparing meals and drinks. Thoughtfully fitted out for the perfect short break. The private two-person hot tub is located just 10m from the accommodation in a secluded wooden structure at the end of the garden. Guest access The back garden is mostly yours although we do sometimes access it to cut the grass and our dog tends to wander around there occasionally. The driveway gives you off road parking. Other things to note There are plenty of amenities close by, such as award winning pubs and restaurants, coffee shops and a supermarket. If you love the outdoors, the island is perfect for you! The gorgeous coastline and warm climate mean you are spoilt for choice. Walking, cycling, and horse-riding are readily available. Miles and miles of footpaths and walking routes to be discovered. Within 3 miles of Polly’s Place, you will find Compton beach, one of the island’s best kept secrets. Two miles of beautiful, golden, and dark sands. And if you are lucky, you may even find a fossil! A short drive takes you to Yarmouth, with its pretty harbour and quaint shops, or the world-famous Needles, whilst leisurely walks can be enjoyed over Tennyson Down.
