The dining room table seats 8 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. The living area offers comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV and sliding glass doors that lead to the private patio. The patio area has an outdoor sofa and table set, gas grill and some of the most unobstructed, pristine water views on the island. The bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd level. At the top of the first flight of stairs you’ll find a guest room with a queen bed with twin trundle, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination. The second room on this level is one of two primary rooms. This room has a king bed, flat screen TV and a sitting area over looking the Sound. The private bathroom features a large walk-in shower. At the top of the third level you’ll find a guest room with a king bed, sitting area, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination. A free trolley runs during the season, taking guests back and forth from the beach and beach club. Guests at this property enjoy complimentary access to the exclusive Sea Pines Harbour Town Pool. This is a 120-foot-long freeform pool featuring a kiddie pool and changing facilities. The pool is heated and cooled seasonally. Open daily starting March 1st 2025 from 9:00am until dark. Pool pass is required (provided in property for guests), swimmers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult, no lifeguard on duty - guests swim at own risk.
