The apartment is spacious and fully equipped. As per Bulgarian Tourist regulation, each guest has to be registered (Names, Passport/Identity Card ID & Birthday Date needed). Organic amenities (soap, shower gel, shampoo) offered. And 5% of the proceeds are donated to the non-profit organisation - Deaf Kids Power. The flat is in a high-end neighborhood, tram ride takes ~10-15 min to most popular Sofia's tourist attractions. Nearby - various small shops, a grocery store, café, bakery, etc. The space The flat size is approximately 150m2/1614.59 SqFt2. It is on the sixth floor (with elevator) of an elegant building. The big, cosy open living room consists of sofa, smart-TV, small library, a separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen with NESPRESSO coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher. To be found as well a working space with a comfortable desk and office chair. From here there is access to two balconies with a view of Vitosha Mountain and the city. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with tub, and a private balcony. The second bedroom is with two single beds, desk and built-in wardrobes. There are guest bathroom with a shower and separately a guest restroom. The apartment is equipped with 2 DTT TVs, DISNEY+, high speed optic WIFI internet, washing machine, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, baby crib, etc. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire apartment. Check-in between 3pm to 10pm, after that time an extra fee of 20 BGN has to be paid cash. Check-out till 11am.
